Kool's Carry-Out Reviews
So I'm new to the area and in my 6mths living here I have been about 3 or 4 times a month. I tried the fish sandwich special EVERY TIME with my like fixings and I am never disappointed. Customer Service is always EXCELLENT (the woman with the colorful hair she rocks). O and my breakfast is always great.
While in Maryland, I wanted to make sure I got a famous crab cake since I heard they were fantastic. After looking around, this place had good reviews and had to-go which was what I was looking for. I called ahead and it was ready when I arrived. There's not much (if any) seating inside, but there was some outside. The actual crab cake was very good, crisp outside, lots of crab on the inside, and flavorful toppings on the sandwich. It was a decent price for a crab cake as well (~$15). I would recommend if you are looking to try a crab cake at a no frills, simple, shop.
The food is delicious.. I usually get the breakfast sandwiches but a few days ago I got the cheeseburger with bacon me and my brother both and he could not stop raving about how good it was from the first bite... it was very good I must say ... definitely a spot to go and check out if you are ever in the neighborhood!!!
If you're ever visit Cambridge, Maryland or you're simply passing through please do yourself a favor and stop by Kool's. I promise you will not be disappointed. The fried chicken tastes like it came from an auntie's kitchen and the crab balls are amazing as well. I've moved away but will definitely stop in to support them when back in the area. Keep doing what you're doing. No frills just good food.

The fried shrimp is pretty great, the only thing I have tried here and didn't care for was the fries. Just slightly under cooked and limp everytime
